HeiQ AeoniQ Holding AG

HeiQ AeoniQ Holding AG, an innovative company based in Switzerland, has developed HeiQ AeoniQ™, a cellulosic filament yarn that is a sustainable alternative to polyester and nylon while retaining all the positive physical properties of these fossil fibres. Made from renewable cellulose sources such as textile waste and agricultural waste streams, the yarn uses 100% renewable energy, enables almost closed-loop production and actively contributes to decarbonising the atmosphere by reducing CO₂ emissions by 5 tonnes per tonne of fibre.
