VNTR represents PostFinance's innovation and venturing initiatives, whose activities extend beyond the current strategy period. While PostFinance is dedicated to its core business (horizon 1) and the transformation of its core (horizon 2), VNTR focuses on future topics, technologies and business models that are not yet addressed by PostFinance (innovation horizon 3). VNTR also identifies, builds and invests in new business models that can become scalable and sustainable businesses for PostFinance. In particular, however, VNTR ensures that no relevant topics are missed.
