Dr. Sc. ETH Stéphanie Engels

Stéphanie Engels is the managing director of Schwyz Next (a business platform for future-oriented topics) and a partner at Signium, a leading firm for executive search and leadership consulting. She has many years of experience in the areas of sustainability, strategy and innovation and began her career in research at ETH Zurich. Stéphanie holds a Master's degree in Environmental Sciences and a PhD in International Relations from ETH Zurich, as well as an MBA from the University of Oxford. During her career, she has held important leadership positions, including as the first female member of the Executive Board of ewz, one of Switzerland's largest energy providers, where she focused on strategy, sustainability and digital business models.
