Dr. Hannah Schragmann

Hannah Schragmann, who holds a PhD in Business Ethics and Philosophy, researches productivity and new approaches to (re)productivity, especially in the context of work. Her extensive career includes roles in sustainability and biodiversity consulting and in the wind energy sector. Previously, she led the Energy Resilience Leadership Group's sourcing of climate technology start-ups.

She is currently playing a pivotal role in the management of two impact startups dedicated to redefining work culture and prioritising purpose in business. Her work is characterised by a commitment to integrating environmental, economic and meaningful human considerations.
